I hired Baker Deane and Nutt to assist with purchasing a house in March 2020 and they went beyond and above the call of duty to ensure everything ran smoothly. My (un-named) bank had stuffed up, meaning they were not going to be able to provide the loan on settlement day. The team at BDN escalated it to the bank's head office and secured the loan on time.
